How to get there:

See map below.  Monkton Station is a big, three story white building on the North side of the road.  Don't go too fast, because you could miss it!


Parking: There are a few spots at Monkton Station proper, but these fill up quickly.  Additional parking can be found on Monkton Rd, just West of the bridge.

 
 

To celebrate our engagement, Jamie and I are hosting a river float down the Gunpowder River and post-tube BBQ picnic.

For those interested in tubing, meet us at the Monkton Bike Shop at 11AM to rent your tube.  Tubes are $20.  We'll take a short walk (15 minutes) up the NCR trail and find a place to jump in.  The Gunpowder will gently float us back to Monkton in about 1-2 hours.

Once we return to Monkton Station (around 2PM), we'll start our BBQ picnic.  We'll provide all the hot dogs, tofu dogs, deli meats & veggies, beer, beans and fruit salad you can eat.

Friends and their families are welcome to attend either or both!

Please RSVP by calling or emailing Zachary or Jamie by June 8th so we can reserve tubes and buy enough food.
